This new home in Northwest Crossing is designed for energy efficiency, maximizing the south-facing glazing ratio for passive heat gain, a full solar array providing electricity to the home, and radiant in-floor heating. The plan provides privacy from the street while orienting the primary living space to the rear yard and park space beyond.
